Zeus Data Collection and Time Management Solution for SAP HR

ZEUS HR is the ideal time management solution for companies utilizing SAP HR applications. The Isgus solution enables companies to maintain personnel records, time accounts, and cost center recording in the SAP HR solution in a real time environment.

ZEUS HR transfers all collected and calculated data to the corresponding SAP HR-PDC interface as per your company’s policies. As a link to Time Management, ISGUS provides an environment for all time relevant HR data transfer and bi-directional flow of employee information provided by the SAP HR application. The personnel events recorded in ZEUS HR are directly transferable to the SAP R/3 system, where the data is processed and current information is available.

With regards to our SAP HR solution, employee time and attendance data and work order data is collected via the Isgus data collection devices (swipe, proximity, biometric, and web terminals), calculated, and available for employees to review the details about their time accounts, punches, benefit balances, etc. All absences and related information, i.e. in/out, breaks, official absences, are recorded and automatically transferred to SAP R/3.

The ZEUS HR solution can also perform the task of automatically assigning punches to cost centers, projects or orders and transferring time sensitive events like interim punches for access control.

Access Control & SAP HR

ZEUS HR is capable of enhancing your SAP R/3 system with the integrated features of access control to your SAP HR. It also allows for the access control to be managed directly by Zeus, providing additional features such as time zone monitoring, employee lock out, and on premise reports.

All information held between Zeus and SAP R/3 is automatically processed via the IT 400 series terminals. This enables the unlocking and monitoring of doors, elevator and turnstiles controls, alarm integration, and protection of employees and company capital.

Access readers are available with proximity, swipe, and biometric read technologies for your SAP HR applications.

Zeus integration with SAP Payroll for a complete SAP HR System

Zeus can not only operate as a data collection tool for SAP R/3, but also as a calculating tool for payroll. The Zeus Time and Attendance solution will calculate all the employees’ punches and accurately transfer them to the SAP HR solution for payroll process, completing the cycle of punch to paycheck.
